What’s On My Christmas Wishlist

Christmas is coming and my wishlist is getting fat! I thought I’d share my wishlist this year with you guys, in case it gave you gifting inspiration for anyone you’re finding tricky, or in case you were struggling with what to add to your wishlist! There’s a bit of a mix of beauty, fashion and lifestyle bits, so hopefully something for everyone! Also, since it’s Black Friday weekend, a lot of these pieces are on sale now, so it’s the perfect time to get shopping.

Beauty

When anyone has asked me what I want for Christmas this year I’ve pretty much shouted ‘LUSH SLEEPY BODY LOTION AND SHOWER GEL’ at them. I’m running low on the body lotion and I only have a little bottle of the shower gel, so I’m hoping to find some more of both under the Christmas tree, it’s the perfect combination to help me relax + drift off in the evenings. My sister has a few pals that work at Lush, so I’m hoping she’ll hook me up with some big bottles using their discount!

I’ve not been in a massively beauty-buying mood recently, but there are a few Christmas releases that have taken my fancy! I was obsessed with the Jo Malone Orange Bitters Perfume last year, but I didn’t want to splurge on a 100ml bottle. This year they’ve bought it back as a 30ml and I’ve JUST run out of my Blackberry and Bay, so I’m taking both as signs that it’s time to pick some up! They’ve also bought out a candle version too which is tempting…

Another Christmas release catching my eye is the Bobbi Brown Mini Highlighting Powder, not least because of it’s gorgeous gold packaging. I definitely probably don’t need any more highlighters, but I’ve swatched this in store a few times and I can’t get it’s pretty sheen out of my mind. It’s also 15% off on John Lewis this Black Friday weekend!

A few skincare bits have made it onto the list too. I’ve run out of my favourite Patchology Flashpatch Eye Masksso I’m hoping Father Christmas will restock me on those. I’ve had two facials recently where the therapist has used the Elemis Herbal Repair Lavender Face Mask and my skin has just loved it, so I’d love to get ahold of a bottle of that. And lastly, Fresh have bought out some totally banging Christmas gift sets this year, my favourite is the Facial on the Fly kit, which has three of my favourite products in, and is quite affordable too.

Style

My style wishlist is full of cosy, classic winter pieces. I have the & Other Stories Mock Neck Sweater in a deep burgundy shade and I’ve gotten so much wear out of it, I’d love to pick up the grey version! I’ve been eyeballing this slouchy cardigan from Madewell for a while now, and that’s the ultimate dream gift! I’ve been slowly growing my collection of Madewell tees too, they’re such great quality, they fit like a dream and wash well too, the Whisper tee is next on my hit list, as well as some more of their Cotton V Necks.

Lifestyle

Top of my lifestyle wishlist is ALWAYS new books. I have a big old list of books I want to get my hands on (check out my Goodreads Want To Read listbut I’ve got two fantasy books topping my wishlist right now, I recently read the first book in Sarah J Maas’s Throne of Glass series, so I’m desperate to get ahold of Crown of Midnight. I know, I’m late to the party with that one. I also figure it’s about time I read V. E. Schwab’s Vicious too, so I’m hoping to find a copy of that under the tree.

Speaking of books, my poor books have been battered, pages folded, marked with old receipts for too long! I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect bookmark, and I think this Anthropologie one might be it! Fingers crossed Santa gets the memo and it ends up in my Christmas Stocking!

I’ve been on the hunt for a new planner to help me track goals + stay accountable throughout the day, and I think the Passion Planner is going to be it for me! It has helpful yearly and monthly goal tracking, reflection pages, and hourly day planning. It’s also a super pretty rose gold shade!

It wouldn’t be Christmas without a new candle, and this year top of my list is the Diptyque Sapin de Lumiere candle. Yes, Diptyque candles are super SUPER pricey, but they last me so well and fill the room with scent without even having to burn them. I’ve had an older version of this candle in the past and it’s still one of my favourites.

I’ve created a shoppable Pinterest board with my entire wishlist, which you can find below or here. I hope this gave you some inspiration, for your list or for someone else!
