If there's one beauty tool that everyone needs, it's a good cleansing brush. I've been using one regularly for over two years now, and the difference I've seen in my skin has been phenomenal. With all that being said, I've never found a brush that really works for me, they've either been so bulky they're hard to travel with, or too tiny to hold onto easily.
So when Magnitone got in touch and asked if I wanted to try out their Vibra-Sonic Rose Gold Bare Faced Shimmer Cleansing Brush, I was all ears. Magnitone Cleansing brushes have been on my radar for a while but a limited edition rose gold shade? Sign me up!
The cleansing brush arrived beautifully packaged up with easy to read instructions - a relief for a technology noob like me. The brush was fully charged and ready to go in the box, so you can grab it and get cleansing straight away, a nice touch!
The box comes well stocked with everything you could need. Inside is one (fully charged) brush, with two interchangeable heads. One Active Clean Brush Head, a soft bristled 'traditional' cleansing brush head, and one Stimulator Brush head too, which I've been trying out for massaging moisturising masks into the skin. They sell more heads on their website, I'm super intrigued by the other heads they sell, they have ones for body brushing, applying makeup, even pedicure heads!
The brush also comes with a wireless USB charger + a little travel case, which will come in handy this month with all the travel I have coming up! The wireless charger is a nice touch, I can plug it into my phone charging block, and simply rest the brush on the charger!
The brush itself couldn't be more simple to use. Since it arrives fully charged you can get started straight away! I've tried it out with oil based, gel based + foaming cleansers, but I like the combination of the Vibra-Sonic with my Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser the best.
The Vibra-Sonic has two modes, one constant and one pulsing, but I tend to just stick with the constant mode. It has a timer that beeps every twenty seconds to let you know to move on to a different area of your face, and after a minute it shuts off automatically.
The bristles are super soft and the vibrations of the brush aren't too intense, so it feels really comfortable on the skin. I actually really look forward to using this in the mornings to cleanse, not only does it really wake my skin up, but it feels like a lovely massage on the skin!
My skin is so much softer, clearer + happier when I use a cleansing brush, and the Vibra-Sonic is no exception. I use it daily now, and the brush is 100% waterproof, so it can hop in the shower with me too, no problems!
