Prepare for a photo overload, I just had to share these snaps! On our first full day in California, we were lucky enough to catch the sunset at Huntington Beach Pier and my, were we in for a treat.
It was one of those sunsets we just couldn’t stop looking at, for nearly an hour the sky was flooded with beautiful colours, that wrapped around the faint whispy clouds and reflected in the waves.
My dad and I walked up and down the pier gawping, we couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to the city.
Stood on that pier, I was reminded that if I was going to live anywhere outside of England, it would be Southern California. It’s such a beautiful part of the world, and the lifestyle there is so different, and so wonderful. Can you imagine seeing this everyday?
