Soap and Glory The Perfect Ten Palette

Isn’t she a beauty! I think I let out a squeal of delight when I spotted this in the Christmas Gift aisles of Boots. I’d never tried any of Soap and Glory’s eyeshadow offerings previously, I always felt that £10 was a little pricey for four drugstore shadows. However, this palette is home to 10 fantastic shadows for the mere price of £16, which is much more reasonable if you ask me!I’m not going to review this palette because I haven’t worn it enough yet to review it properly, but I wanted to show you guys some swatches, and give you a bit of info to start with. The colour range in this is one of the best in a single palette that I’ve seen, there’s a good mix of matte and shimmer shades, highlights, darker liner and crease shades, a good taupe, bronze and golden shades. How many other palettes can boast all that? The formula is particularly impressive for drugstore shadows, the matte shades aren’t quite as good as the shimmers, but they are all super pigmented and really smooth. Brownie is the most pigmented of the lot, and Pink T was the hardest to work with, but it’s still good! The packaging is really thin and magnetic, it reminds me of the Lorac Pro, and I actually quite like it.I’ll let you know how I get on with this palette, but for now, I really like it! Would definitely make a good gift for a beauty lover, or a nice addition to your stash! What do you think of this palette?
